| | This seminar is developed for professional Change Managers having already gained experience with change processes. Main focus of the seminar is the confrontation with power and resistance in organizations. Only if you, as Change Manager, recognize the resistance, interpret the causes correctly, will you be able to deal with them reasonably. Purpose is to develop effective action alternatives allowing you to create the change processes professionally. Not only the classical intervention tools, but also your personal behaviour pattern are put to test. Only if you are fully aware of your strong and weak points, will you be in a position to control the change process correctly and to get the necessary acceptance of the employees.
Condition for the participation is the attendance of the basic course.
